The Voice of the Body and Mind
Overview
Launched in 2023 in collaboration with Fe-Male NGO, this flagship awareness program set out to strengthen body literacy and health rights through inclusive education. It began by serving women and girls and later expanded to men, guided by needs during and after the war.

- Menstrual health and cycle literacy
- Sexual health and STD prevention
Wartime Expansion
- Hygiene challenges and safe practices during conflict
- Dealing with post‑war stress and trauma
- Recognizing and managing menstrual irregularities
Inclusion of Men
- Parallel sessions for men and boys on hygiene and sexual health
- Shared learning environments fostering mutual respect
- Community‑wide approach to health literacy
